Exercising Tips:

  • Do 50 sit ups every morning as soon as you get up.
  • And after anything you eat.
  • Burn twice as many calories as you eat.
  • Put on some music and just dance.
  • Any movement burns calories. The more tiring the movement is, the more calories you're burning. And Every Calorie Counts.
  • Jump. Buy a trampoline, jump rope, whatever. Jumping is a great way to burn calories.
  • Join a gym and go there regularly
  • Exercise at least three hours before you go to bed
  • Get up early and go for a run, or a bike ride, or do some sort of exercise. The morning is the best time for exercising.
  • Whenever you feel hungry, exercise instead.

Exercise Ideas:

Theres such a wide range of different things you could do to exercise. Here are a few of my favorite, most enjoyable ones:
  • Sit ups - easy, simple, great for tummy toning.
  • Running on the spot
  • Jumping jacks
  • Dancing - put on some music and move your body. Really get into it. It's fun, and burns a lot of calories.
  • Swimming
  • Skating - LOVE.
  • Shopping - walking around the mall for a while can add up to burning quite a bit of calories.
  • Biking
  • walking
  • jogging/running
  • sports - i don't really like sports, but for those of you who do, it burns a lot of calories.
  • Martial arts - i wanna join this. Learn to defend yourself and get in shape, and you get a cool belt 
  • Using gym equipment - it can be fun, and it'll get you in shape.
