Punishments:

You ate too many calories today? You're thinking about food too much? You didn't exercise enough? Well then punish yourself. It's the only way to become more disciplined. So here's a list of some punishments.

  • Clean. Better yet, clean something gross. The grossness will make you not want to eat, and the cleaning will burn calories.
  • Sleep without a blanket. First of all, you'll be cold, so your body will burn calories trying to make you warm. Second of all, you don't deserve a blanket anyway.
  • Cancel your weekend plans. Had a date? Too bad. You'll be busy sweating those calories off.
  • Write lines. A full 8.5" by 11". Double sided. Saying something like "I will not eat" or "I must be thin"
  • Stare at the mirror. Naked. Think about what you've done. See that fat on your thighs? You were stupid enough to let that happen.
  • Put an elastic band on your wrist and snap it whenever you're thinking about food.
  • Hurt yourself. Cut, burn, whatever. This definitely isn't my favorite option, and I advise you not to do it, but hey, if it works, it works.
